Union Town includes an international-standard IT Park integrated inside the housing society, the first of its kind in a Pakistani scheme. Its practical effect for construction is twofold: office and boutique commercial demand along the IT corridor, and stronger rental demand for compact 3 and 5 Marla homes from the workforce it attracts.
