Block A is one of Union Town's three original residential blocks, weighted towards compact 3 and 5 Marla plots, the sizes that make Union Town attractive to first-time homeowners. A number of Block A plots are held by the LDA as mortgaged plots, a performance guarantee that the developer must complete internal development to the approved timeline. For you as a builder, that means infrastructure here is contractually protected. We build grey structure and full turnkey homes across Block A.
