Construction Company Union Town is a Lahore construction firm working specifically inside Union Town Lahore, the LDA-approved scheme by Union Developers on Abdul Sattar Edhi Road. We cover Blocks A, B, C and D, Union Downtown, the Pine Avenue commercial frontage, Aqib Garden and the IT Park corridor: grey structure, turnkey homes, renovation, interiors, commercial buildings and LDA map approvals, all on fixed-price BOQ contracts.
Why a Single-Society Focus Matters
Union Town is newly developed land, which changes how you have to build here. Soil conditions need plot-specific testing rather than assumptions carried over from a settled society. Utility connections and site access have to be coordinated with the developer while internal development is still rolling out. And because most of the scheme is compact 3 and 5 Marla plots, structural planning decides how much usable room width you actually end up with. A contractor who works across twenty societies treats all of that as generic. We do not.
